Foreign VAT number

Are you a company based abroad? Then we check your VAT number in VIES. Your order automatically assumes the reverse charge of VAT. If the VIES check shows that you have entered a VAT number that does not allow you to buy internationally, we will ship your order when you have paid the VAT. You will receive an additional invoice for this.

Payment method

To pay, PrinterXL.com uses the payment provider Mollie, which handles all domestic/foreign payments for PrinterXL.com. This ensures that your payment is securely handled by banks and linked to your order. PrinterXL.com can only refund payment for a specific order through this link and has no further access or insight into other information regarding your bank account. Changing an account number for reimbursement is not possible.

Orders must be paid in advance before shipping.

iDEAL is a guaranteed payment method that can be used by businesses with a bank account at virtually any Dutch bank.

Bancontact is a guaranteed payment method widely used by companies with a Belgian bank account.

Don’t want or can’t use the above payment methods? After your order, you will receive the order confirmation and invoice at the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. You can transfer the amount of your order to:
