PrinterXL.com is a web shop of ADS Graphics. ADS Graphics considers it very important to handle the data you leave on our website responsibly. ADS Graphics stores your personal information in a secure database. And there they remain. We do not disclose your information to third parties for commercial purposes. We do use your information to make your purchases as smooth as possible.

What we do with your data
We use your information for a variety of purposes. In doing so, we use data received from you as well as data collected by ourselves. For example, data about your visit to our website. We use your data for this purpose:

  • Deliver your order
    For your order, we need your name, e-mail address(es), address(es), phone number and VAT number. This allows us to deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. We also give your information to others when necessary for an order, such as to delivery services and a distribution center. In case of direct delivery from a factory, we require that they handle your data as carefully as we do.
  • Your account
    In your account in ADS Graphics’ webshop(s), we store, among other things, the following information: your name, address(es), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address and specified other information. Convenient because then you don’t have to re-enter this information every time. We also keep information about your previous orders you have placed on our website, then you can easily find them back.
  • Customer Service
    You can call and email with us. To help you quickly with questions, we use your information and take notes that we keep. Handy if you call us again. Data about the telephone conversation with you may be recorded. You thus help us analyze and improve our services.
  • Repair
    Sometimes we use another party to perform repairs on products you have purchased from us. That party may use your data to do so.
  • Newsletters
    You can sign up for our newsletters. This will keep you informed of our offers, promotions and our news. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, please unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
  • Improving our store and service
    We are constantly improving our services. Therefore, we may use your information to ask you to participate in a no-obligation customer or market survey.
  • Fraud
    Nobody wants fraud, and neither do we. Therefore, we use customer data to investigate, prevent and deter fraud. If we must, we give customer data to the government.
  • Pay afterwards
    If you wish to purchase items by invoice, we may check your creditworthiness. We may use outside agencies for this purpose. For that credit check, we may give your information to others, who may use it only for that purpose. In addition, we may call you to remind you of an invoice that has expired. Sometimes others make that phone call for us. We may also provide your information to a collection agency and/or bailiff who collects unpaid invoices on our behalf.
  • Woocommerce
    PrinterXL.com uses WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. They will not use your information for any other purpose. WooCommerce is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software. No personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.
  • Mollie

    For handling a the payments in our online store we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, city information and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and as part of this, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by the legal time limits.

  • Mailchimp
    We send you periodic e-mail messages using MailChimp. MailChimp never uses your name and email address for its own purposes. You will see the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Like any email service, MailChimp reserves the right to use your information to further improve its service.

If you would like to review the personal data ADS Graphics has recorded about you or if you would like to amend data because it is incorrect or incomplete, or have it deleted or blocked, please contact ADS Graphics by e-mail at info@adsgraphics.nl. ADS Graphics will notify you within four weeks of what personal data it has processed about you and whether it will or can comply with any request to remove, block or correct it.
