Shipping

We process your order Monday through Friday between 8 am and 3:30 pm. Your order will be delivered to you the next day (subject to carrier delays) by PostNL, Transmission or Claassen. Please note that your order must be paid in advance!

Foreign VAT number
Are you a company based abroad? Then we check your VAT number in VIES. Your order automatically assumes the reverse charge of VAT. If the VIES check shows that you have entered a VAT number that does not allow you to buy internationally, we will ship your order when you have paid the VAT. You will receive an additional invoice for this.

Shipping cost supplies

Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands from €250.00. Up to €250.00, €15 in shipping costs will be charged. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are always a minimum of €20.

Shipping costs equipment

Shipping costs of plotter, large format folders, large format cutters and other peripherals depend on size and weight. These shipping costs will be discussed with you in advance.

Returning

It may happen that you unexpectedly order the wrong thing or that something does not work as expected or proper. You then have the option of returning your order within seven (7) days. PrinterXL.com will only accept returns that have been reported to us prior to the return. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@adsgraphics.nl. Send your order only after our confirmation to you.

You are responsible for proper shipping and shipping risks. Returns must be sent in the original packaging, undamaged (including the packaging) and with sufficient postage. PrinterXL.com reserves the right to refund a portion of the amount when it is suspected that the products have been used or damaged after receipt.
